Anders is a nationally qualified vegan physique competitor and head of operations at The Vegan Gym. During his 4 years in the United States Marine Corps, Anders trained in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program, earned distinction as an Expert Rifle Marksman, led the Marine Body Composition Program, and commanded Marines through High Intensity Tactical Training. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and co-host of The Vegan Gym Podcast.

Laura is both a Certified Sports Performance Coach and Certified Yoga Coach, as well as a competitive athlete in Olympic weightlifting. She has 20 years of coaching experience working with all age groups and abilities, from top-level athletes to beginners. Her passion to help others started after overcoming an eating disorder that nearly took her life. She is on a mission to teach others that it is possible to become a confident, strong and sculpted vegan athlete. Laura graduated from the Vegan Superhero Academy in April 2019 and loved it so much that she decided to come back as a coach!

Rebecca is a movement enthusiast and forever student. She taught dance and tumbling for 10+ years before transitioning full time into strength and conditioning. Rebecca has worked with competitive athletes, weekend warriors, and people who want to look and feel better than ever before. Rebecca has been animal-free for 20 years and strives to be an example of what’s possible with vegan fitness. She takes a holistic approach by focusing on mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing. Her goal with clients is to meet the individual where they are and systematically upgrade habits and lifestyle factors to ensure long-term sustainable success!
Coach Alison
Alison’s passion for fitness began as a healthy outlet to cope with the devastating grief she experienced after tragically losing her husband in 2014. She is a huge advocate for mental health awareness and using fitness and nutrition as a driving force to deal with depression and anxiety naturally. Alison lost over 60 pounds a few years ago and has since become strong, sculpted, and confident! Aside from lifting weights, she is an avid runner who competes in endurance races all over the country. She's currently training for her first ultra-marathon and Spartan Trifecta weekend! Alison is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist, ACE Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Group Fitness Instructor. She graduated from the Vegan Superhero Academy in July 2019.
Coach Emma
Emma is a vegan nutrition and fitness coach with a Bachelor's degree in Human Physiology, Neuroscience, and Nutrition. Her expertise in fitness and nutrition combined with her background in neuroscience is a powerful combo, as Emma works on the mindset shift required for any body transformation or lifestyle change. Emma is an athlete and competes in the bikini category in the IFBB Pro League. She has international success with a 1st place win at the Olympia Portugal 2020, 2nd place at the Arnold Australia 2019, and a 1st Place finish at the Bendigo Country Classic in 2018. Coach Sawyer
Sawyer is a NESTA-certified Personal Fitness Trainer and California Bar-Licensed Attorney from Tucson, Arizona. Growing up, Sawyer struggled with his body image and confidence, which propelled him to learn and apply everything he could about bodybuilding-style training and nutrition from an early age. Sawyer went vegan in 2016 while going through a breakup that caused him to reflect on the suffering he caused others. Not only did he not lose muscle after going vegan, he gained it, became stronger, and began healing his body image issues in a way that no other catalyst had been able to before.
Coach Julia
Julia is a Vegan Fitness Coach who has an immense passion for helping others find joy in a healthier way of living. Her drive to educate others on the why behind exercising and eating healthy emulates through her positive energy. Julia is committed to help others prioritize both physical health and mental health, as well. Julia’s journey with helping others prioritize their well-being, and those with mental health concerns, motivates her to be the best coach she can be for all people. She graduated from the Vegan Superhero Academy in June 2021.
Coach Ruari
Ruari became vegan in 2017 after watching the documentary Earthlings. He later got into fitness and found a love for bodybuilding, but struggled to find a coach that was both vegan and an experienced bodybuilder. He chose to take up the challenge and become a certified personal trainer (NASM) and nutritionist (Precision Nutrition). Growing up in Devizes, UK (a small farm town) he felt there was more for him out there and has now travelled over 20+ countries, gaining a greater understanding of culture, communication and people. He has a genuine love for people and learning their stories, and is passionate about creating a unique experience by helping people overcome their obstacles and therefore achieving things they never thought were possible.
Coach Ashley
Ashley is a plant-based registered dietitian nutritionist with a master’s degree in dietetics from Eastern Michigan University. She is also a certified personal trainer, certified since 2016 through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She began following a vegan diet in 2012 and ever since then has wanted to help others incorporate healthy eating habits into their lifestyle. Ashley loves learning about plant-based nutrition and how proper nutrition can have a major influence on training, including performance and recovery. Her passion is to help teach others about plant-based nutrition and fitness through science-based research.
Coach Stacy
Stacy is a certified personal trainer, health coach, and running coach. She has 13 years of coaching experience including working with clients from age 7 years old up to people in their 70s. She is an ultramarathoner and enjoys helping people achieve their goals while living a healthy vegan lifestyle. She has also participated in over 30 Ragnar Relays. She was on the winning ultra-team at the Wawayanda Ragnar Relay trail race in 2018. Most recently she has come in first overall female at the I Am Beacon 5k. Stacy particularly loves hiking, rucking, trail running, snowshoeing, and going into the woods every chance she gets. Has a rescued German Shepherd named Duke and can often be found volunteering at her local animal sanctuary.

I'm super busy! How much time is required to get the most out of the Rapid Vegan Shred Challenge?
You'll have the choice to pick training programs that take as little as 30 minutes per day. If you are really efficient with your time, then you can workout, prepare all your food, and work through our daily video training modules in less than one hour total per day.
I don't have a gym membership. Will this work for me?
Yes! You'll have access to a variety of different training programs, some of which can be done in less than 30 minutes at home.
I'm trying to get back into a health and fitness routine. Is this for beginners?
Yes! The Rapid Vegan Shred Challenge can easily be customized for all experience levels. It is very beginner friendly!
Does the program work for both men and women?
Absolutely! Both men and women have found tremendous success following this program! We'll teach you how to customize the program to meet your exact needs.
Do I have to take any supplements?
No, you certainly don't need to take any supplements. There are a few supplements that we recommend to help you burn fat effectively and get the most out of this program. However, none of the supplements contain caffeine or any dangerous fat burning ingredients. There are all amino acids or herbs designed to nourish and support healthy vegan fat loss.
Do I have to join a gym or buy any equipment?
No, that is not necessary. We have plenty of training programs for people without access to a gym or any equipment. You can complete these workouts anywhere with only your bodyweight.
Will this work in my country? I'm worried about not having the right foods where I live.
Yes! We have members all over the world and you can adapt the food choices to work wherever you live.

Will this work for vegetarians or meat eaters?

I can't eat wheat or any products with gluten. Can I still follow the Rapid Vegan Shred Challenge dieting program?
Yes! Gluten intolerance is common and you can easily work around it! You have TONS of options with our dieting program.
I don't want to bulk up - will this program still work for me?
Yes! This program is designed to maintain the muscle you have and shred away the unwanted fat. So even though you may look more lean and toned/ripped at the end, you definitely won't look bulky.
